System accessories

The right choice of accessories is critical for the long-term trouble-free operation of the conveyor system. Due to our decades-long experience we particularly pay a lot of attention to the accessories. From the roll to the belt, you will receive tried and tested products in good quality for a fair price.

• Rolls
  We have defined the corresponding rolls for each of our units. Whether they are top belts or bottom belt we have the appropriate product in stock for any standard.
• Drum motors
  Again, we place emphasis on products that have been tried and tested. Whether Rulmeca or Van der Graaf, you will get the quality that you require.
• Straight bevel gear pair motors
  The changing of the guard of our old countershaft! The straight bevel gear pair motors have become our standard for the heavy units. Our suppliers are Stiebel, SEW, Flender, Getriebebau Nord and KEB.
• Gangways
  The maintenance of elevating conveyors often require gangways. With or without steps, accessible on one side or both sides, with head bypass or without, we have defined the corresponding product and are able to offer it at a low price.
• Supports
  V, A or H supports: we have the appropriate support material available for each of our conveyor systems. If you require special supports, they can be customised accordingly.
• Chassis frames
  We can provide rigid chassis frames or height-adjustable chassis frames. For adjustable chassis frames our products range from the simple winch to the toothed rack to the manual or powered hydraulics.
• Discharging hoods
  You want your bulk material to fall on a stockpile or into a silo in a concentrated way? In this case we offer our standardised discharging hoods. Special solutions, e.g. DN 300 are also available.
• Feed hoppers
  The bulk material is to be fed in a concentrated way to the belt? In this case we offer our standardised feed hoppers.
• Safety systems
  Particularly with the electrical safety systems, we place emphasis on sound and reliable products. Again, our suppliers fulfil our requirements to our most complete satisfaction.
• Enclosures
  Do you want to encase your conveyor? No problem. We can offer you a high-quality system for a fair price. The main materials used are both corrugated sheet or plastic.
• Belts
  The belt is critical for transporting the material. First and foremost it is our wealth of experience that helps for you specific application. We can provide everything from smooth belt or inclined conveyor belt, whether it be with corrugated side wall or whether it is heat-resistant, and up to the finest details of the profiles and the respective strength of the belt.
• Special accessories
  Whether you need special roll holders, hard metal scrapers or impact rollers, numerous accessory parts are available on request from our special assortment.
